OUR design PROCESS
initial consultation
Book and Pre-pay for an initial consultation. ( To be held at your home or online via Zoom).
questionnaire
Our pre- consult questionnaire is emailed to you prior to our meeting.
CONSULTATIONS
Initial consultation at your home with either Clare, Tim or both.
You receive a copy of our client welcome & information pack, we take notes and then go home and prepare our fee proposal.

PAYMENT + PRESENTATION
Design work
Fee proposal sent to you outlining costs, brief development and our process from here on in
Comprehensive design takes about 4 weeks ( or longer depending on the scope of the works)
Your unique Visual proposal & written plan is presented to you face to face or via zoom for our online clients. The remaining balance is invoiced + due prior to final meeting date.
decision
You decide whether you want to continue working with us. If Yes - Sign our Agreement contract and pay a 50% booking deposit to confirm working together.
